Hi, I'm Mylee

My heart has always been pulled toward helping children experience the joyful, thriving childhood they deserve. That passion is what led me to relocate to Florida and earn my Master's in Occupational Therapy. Today, I wake up each morning truly excited to support families in creating real, lasting change in their child’s daily life.
My passion for feeding therapy began not in a classroom, but in one of the most vulnerable moments of my life—as a first-time mom. I remember the doubt, the confusion, and the worry. My daughter struggled to nurse, we tried countless bottles, and she wasn’t gaining the weight she needed. I felt overwhelmed, unsupported, and like I was somehow failing her.
Despite reassurances from our pediatrician that nothing was wrong, my mama instinct told me otherwise. I kept advocating and searching for answers—until a pediatric dental surgeon finally diagnosed my daughter with lip, tongue, and cheek ties. These hidden barriers were affecting her ability to eat and thrive. That experience lit a fire in me.
Since then, I’ve made it my mission to ensure no parent feels alone in this journey. I’m deeply committed to educating families—not just about a diagnosis, but about their child’s unique strengths, challenges, and possibilities. At Play Without Limits (PWL) Therapy, I’ve blended my love for children and play with a vision of making occupational therapy more accessible to Spanish-speaking families.
Whether I’m working in homes, schools, or through a screen, I strive to empower parents with the tools, clarity, and confidence they need to help their child succeed—because every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and hopeful.

In order to provide the best possible resources to families, I’m highly committed to ongoing education. Here are some trainings that have influenced my practice:
